Would definitely come back :)
Quite good location. About 15 minutes walk away is a BTS station. 10 minutes by scooter you can already reach the shopping mall ICONSIAM. Right next to it is a 7/11, which is open 24/7. In front of the building is a busy main road. If you can only sleep in absolute silence, I would not recommend the accommodation. However, the noise didn't bother me :) The room is minimally equipped, but almost everything you needed was there. A big thank you to the staff/owner! I initially had difficulties with my flight. Later I arrived on time and the code for the key box was sent to me again at short notice by email. The instructions were very precise and clear. In addition, the communication was uncomplicated, very direct, and there was always a quick response. Thank you!

- • Unfortunately, I have to deduct a major point for cleanliness, as there were ants in my apartment :( Mainly in the bathroom and around the entrance area to the bathroom, still relatively unpleasant at the beginning. Also, the floor (which is tiled) was somehow greasy. So you definitely couldn't walk barefoot there, and when you walked with shoes or flip-flops, you left strange marks. I also missed a wardrobe or some kind of closet to hang clothes.
Second time back can't wait to bring our friends next year! While being 20-30 minutes away from the city center, I find the location perfect. It's quiet and calmer and very accessible to pretty much anywhere you want to go! 😍😍

- • The water pressure of the shower in room 202 was unfortunately not very good and the drain smelled bad throughout the stay. Other than that, no complaints! Oh, maybe get a weighing scale for luggage 🥲

Great location with super affordable pricing.
The location is out from the city but still has access to the train station and is close to Icon Siam, Song Wat, and the famous temple. It’s also walking distance to the mosque and halal street, really convenient for Muslim travelers.

- • I didn’t like that it's quite noisy as it is facing the street and there’s construction going on nearby.
