- • The description stated that check-in was possible until 8:00 PM. When I arrived around 7:00 PM, I couldn't check in because there was no one at the reception. The whole check-in process was also very complicated. Finally, the owner came and was still angry at me, scolded me asking if I couldn't read - then she pointed out to me that she had sent me an email stating that check-in was only possible until 6:00 PM... I found that quite audacious and immediately annoying on the first day. Overall, the owner was very unfriendly; she even took a photo of the things in my room to accuse me of misconduct based on evidence - Catastrophic behavior!! I will never go there again. The hotel is also not accessible by public transport unless you are willing to risk a 20-minute walk... which I would not recommend with suitcases and luggage.
Super clean and modern
Really clean, secure, modern place. Great value. We used it as a jumping-off point to visit some of the amazing wats in the area.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Housemode for three weeks. The place is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which made my stay feel very relaxing and convenient. The management team is friendly, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. They were responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance, which made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The location is also excellent. It’s situated in a peaceful residential area while still being conveniently accessible to most daily necessities, including shops, restaurants, transportation, and other essentials. I really appreciated having a quiet place to come home to while still being close to everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend Housemode to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained place with great management and a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Spoiled my trip to Thailand
No breakfast facilities. Fined 2,000 baht for apparently damaging the sheet, mattress cover, duvet, duvet cover, and two bath towels just by using them.

- • The check-in process, when there is no reception staff (it is a cafeteria), seems complex (door, code, gate, another door...), but step by step, it works! It is important to check if you arrive at the right time; after a certain hour, they do not even allow self-check-in.
