- • AC water was leaking in the room throughout our stay, which was very uncomfortable. We complained a few times, and they tried to resolve it even at 11 pm, but couldn't. The floor got flooded, and we used all the bathroom towels. After so many complaints, they didn't change the room. That was a horrible experience.

The guy who makes the Malaysian-style eggs for breakfast is the best. Forgot his name, sorry.
Breakfast was excellent, the room was a bit old, the pool was good and clean, and the staff was great.

Wonderful hotel in an idyllic setting
Fabulous location within walking distance to town and very close to the Spice Garden, which is highly recommended for young kids. Incredible facilities, spotless, and fantastic breakfast selection. The staff were wonderful.

Amazing experience!
I enjoyed the breakfast; it had a good variety. The pool was nice too, shaded under the rain trees. I loved the view from our room overlooking the sea. We mentioned it was our anniversary, and the staff prepared a nice decoration on our bed and gave us a complimentary cake (it was delicious).

- • The tap water was a bit cloudy (yellowish). It becomes clear when you fill the bathtub. This may be a problem in this area as a whole, but it's something that concerns Japanese people.
