The room is spacious and comfortable . The breakfast buffet was ok.

- • The check-in was taking too long.. have to wait more than 30 mins standing and only one person handling the check in despite the long queue while the other staff refuse to attend. We have to wait in line for more than 30mins just then only they serve welcome drinks. They should have a board or something stating which counter is for check in. we queue at the wrong counter 10-15mins but they didnt let us know. wasted time and have to re-queue again . Mind you this was suppose to be 5 stars right?
