A very pleasant but disappointing food offer.
Staff is very friendly, with beautifully maintained gardens and a large pool area. The garden view room with balcony and spacious bathroom is well-sized.

- • The bed mattress was too hard, resulting in aching hips when trying to sleep on the king-size bed. Besides breakfast, the food quality and offer were ordinary. We tried all three food options at the hotel but were very disappointed. Some parents left small children unattended in the pool areas, which was concerning. We witnessed a near drowning incident of a small boy because his mother was constantly at the pool bar with friends and not supervising her two kids. This situation caused stress for others around the pool who observed small children not being supervised by parents and relying on pool staff to do their job. There is a need for signage around the pool area to inform parents that it is their responsibility to supervise their kids and not rely on others to watch them in case they get into trouble in the water.

The resort has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere with lush gardens and a lovely beachfront setting. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, and we really enjoyed the overall ambience. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel well taken care of. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices for the whole family. A beautiful resort for some quality family time and a relaxing escape. Definitely one of our favorite stays in Penang, and we would love to come back!

- • The only suggestion would be to consider upgrading or refurbishing the rooms, as they feel slightly dated. With the resort's beautiful surroundings and excellent service, refreshed rooms would make the overall experience even more exceptional.
