Great family stay in Tainan
The overall experience was very good. Although not new the hotel is well maintained. Enjoyed the swimming pool, the attentive service and breakfast. Having parking in the mall garage was a plus since we were driving. Regarding breakfast, overall it was good we wished we did not have to pay extra for our daughter to eat there since she did not eat a lot. The quality and the variety was good at breakfast (and although it would be unfair to compare to other Shangri-la property) I experienced a much better breakfast at Shangri-la Kowloon in Hong Kong last fall. Do not get me wrong, the service and breakfast are very good much above average but I am just being candid about what I have experienced in another Shangri-la property.

- • Stay away! The hotel charged me twice. Even though I paid at check out, they kept the deposit. This hotel is a scam.
