An Exceptional Stay at Shangri-La Colombo: Outstanding Food and Unforgettable Service
A fantastic stay at Shangri-La Colombo, with one of the biggest highlights being the food. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are exceptionally well stocked, with an incredible variety of international options. The quality and taste of the food are truly out of this world, especially considering how reasonable the prices are. What really stood out was the buffet staff. They gave us such special attention and consistently went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make sure we had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made the dining experience even more enjoyable.Especially Mr. Sasupun In fact, I would genuinely consider coming here just to dine, even if I were staying at another hotel in Colombo. The combination of variety, quality, taste, service, and value for money is outstanding. Another major advantage is the private access to the mall, which makes shopping and dining extremely convenient without needing to leave the hotel complex. Overall, Shangri-La Colombo offers excellent food, outstanding buffet service, comfortable accommodation, and a very convenient location

- • First room stink of cigarette smell; my wife got sick from it. We changed room the second day but there was also a smell of mud I tried to go to the breakfast but just too many people…I gave up ; it was hundreds and hundreds of people!!! A nightmare
