FOR US, IT'S AMAZING!!
I booked the S.A. with a great offer and because I was looking for a beautiful beach, a quiet environment, and cleanliness. Everything exceeded expectations: large, clean and comfortable room, good food by Egyptian standards, truly dreamy sea, sunbeds for everyone but spaced apart and friendly staff always present without being intrusive. Every morning a walk at dawn and first snorkeling with lots of fish and turtles. With a taxi, we went to Sharm El Luli in fifteen minutes. I would go back a thousand times and I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

Everything! I liked being in an environment with fewer people and therefore less confusion in general. From a landscape point of view, it is spectacular. Unlike other resorts, you feel much more connected to nature! And this is very relaxing and helps you find peace of mind.

- • The air conditioning in the room we had was very noisy... and at night, it was difficult to sleep if not out of exhaustion... I don't know if we were the only ones with this problem.

It's a pity to stay only a week!!
Courtesy and attention of the staff. Excellent location with direct access to the sea. Beautiful visible reef even from a few meters away. Boat trip through diving is a must!

We had a great time. The staff is welcoming, always with a smile and not intrusive. Food in large quantities, perhaps a bit repetitive. All-inclusive drinks, continuously available. We really appreciated the two evenings of Egyptian dishes, prepared on the spot. Delicious. The structure is directly on the reef, which can be accessed through the jetty or from the beach, with specific and controlled entrances to preserve the coral reef (which is suffering a lot due to climate change and a severe sandstorm in 2024). The sea is full of fish, of different species. Among these, you can encounter resident turtles, the dugong, lionfish, guitar sharks, rays, mantas, moray eels, and many reef fish. Admirable sustainability policy they carry out, one of the main reasons why we chose it, confirming it in person. Presence of a certified Padi diving center, with which you can do various excursions managed by competent and non-intrusive people.

Splendid vacation
Although the first impression left me a bit perplexed because there are many apartments in a very small space, I must say that I changed my mind almost immediately. First of all, the apartments are very well designed to provide privacy to everyone and to have their own balcony, but then the overall experience is one of great relaxation and very close contact with the sea. The sunrise in the morning of August is wonderful. The food is very rich, there is a lot of choice, for us Italians, it may require a minimum of adaptation, but not that much. The staff is always very kind and helpful, we really didn't miss anything and it was a beautiful vacation. Those looking for entertainment had better go elsewhere, here only peace and sea, turtles grazing, and if you are lucky, a dugong grazing.

- • There is nothing in my customer experience that 'I didn't like'. Two things could be improved: a better air conditioning regulation could be offered (even if changing the systems would not be easy). But above all, work could be done on the sustainability of the structure, there is really no need to change all the towels every day, and even though there are water refill points to limit plastic, I think with some adjustments, it could be done even better (for example, the water refill points are not very visible and we didn't quite understand for the first two days).
