The location close to the airport, the very good quality service, the diving center on the premises, the really abundant breakfast, and the choice of meals between specialty restaurants and the main buffet. General cleanliness.

The staff were amazing, especially Mina at the front desk, Mustafa at the coffee corner, Hossam, and Hanan. All the crew honestly were perfect and made my stay better and easier. Also, the level of service was amazing and elegant. Definitely a go-to place over and over. Exceptional food quality and variety. Best coffee in Egypt.

- • The idea of an echo system with no AC was not so good for me. It killed a lot of my mood, especially while eating. At least add AC at the main restaurant and lobby at least. The AC is just a drawback. If you can't handle hot weather, think again. Other than that, it was perfect.

The breakfast and lunch were very yummy, and the hotel has multiple activities throughout the day, and the beach is beautiful.
