Wonderful
The team was wonderful from reception to the Potiguar restaurant! The place is well-structured and I had nothing to complain about! I plan to return to Natal and if possible stay again but now in the all-inclusive option!

- • Being able to use the sauna only one day, I've never seen this in other hotels I've stayed at even paying for all-inclusive which wasn't cheap, I found the food served in the restaurants a bit limited, in the main restaurant near the pool which is a buffet, they never served shrimp on any day, in a place like Natal that has a tradition, for me, it fell short
I want to come back!
Very welcoming resort, lots of things to do with small children, direct access to the beach, restaurants inside and excellent service!

Vacation with a lot of comfort and very tasty food
The whole team deserves congratulations for the excellent service. Bars everywhere, especially a bar dedicated solely to sports, serve all guests, without exception. Congratulations to the QR codes on the umbrellas, especially on the beach, providing comfort and hotel service everywhere, without needing to go to the bar

- • The included spa could be better, quick massage and without any relaxation. The all-inclusive is not 100%, as more expensive dishes and drinks are charged a reduced amount (compared to other guests), but still charged.
