- • At check-in, I was informed of a surcharge for using the air conditioning. The condition was actually stated in the reservation, although not particularly evident. Considering I stayed in August in Rome, air conditioning is an essential service, not an extra like a spa, meals, or tours: the surcharge significantly impacted my overall experience.
The location, cleanliness, the kindness of the woman who welcomed me and takes care of the place. The presence of a kitchen. A somewhat 'homey' feel. The value for money.

- • The poor sound insulation of the windows facing Via Magnagrecia. It's really noisy in the room. The shower on the 2nd floor does not regulate the temperature well. It's either very cold or very hot.
