In the bizarre heat, no A/C was working in the public and shared areas. The VIP service and room upgrade of Expedia wasn't honored by the property. Food quality was lower than average. It's been a bad vacation for us.

It feels like the hotel has little to do with 5 stars. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning works, but many other things do not meet the standard. Wi-Fi costs extra, which is absolutely inappropriate in an all-inclusive hotel. Also, there are several things missing in the all-inclusive offer – e.g. ice, which I consider essential. The music plays until midnight and is very loud, the windows offer little soundproofing. The towel system for the beach is complicated and poorly organized: pick-up only at the spa, return by 8 pm, and new distribution only the next morning – and you are not informed about this at check-in. The dining area is constantly overcrowded, with taste being at most average. Instead of quantity, more quality would be sensible here, also to avoid food waste. The shuttle to the beach only runs every 30 minutes and only until 5:30 pm, often overcrowded – at the neighboring hotel, it runs continuously, which is urgently needed here. There are only two showers at the beach, which is absolutely inadequate. The prices in the hotel shop are excessive. Slides only until 4 pm, pool only until 7 pm – this takes away the opportunity to swim relaxed in the evenings. Conclusion: Acceptable for the price, but I expect much more from a real 5-star all-inclusive hotel. Overall, rather disappointing.

This has been the worst hotel we have stayed at as a family so far. I don't even know where to start. On the first day of our arrival, we were received very late with a sleeping child and several suitcases. Upon entering our room, the air conditioning was dripping and it was very dirty. You could see dirt everywhere. Our room was changed. This time the phone and the air conditioning did not work. Someone kept coming, but we had to go down to the reception and inform them since our phone was not working. In the end, nothing was repaired, and we had a non-functioning phone in our room throughout our stay. Then we consulted customer service. They kept commenting with 'oh, that's not nice' but in the end, nothing changed. One day the room was not cleaned. We had to go to the reception 3 times because either it didn't work despite the request or only half of it was done. By half, I mean that only the trash was disposed of. Beds were not made, and we had no towels. Once I had to hear in the restaurant that I should get the high chair for our child myself. As a pregnant woman with a child in hand, I had to hear that from a service staff. Only after I said that I would do it but felt very unwell, he did it with an annoyed expression.

The hotel is very bad, I do not recommend anyone to stay there. They make you pay for a safe, they make you pay for Wi-Fi. It smells very bad, and there are parties all day long. You can't sleep.

Wonderful experience
Everything was perfect, recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff had a good attitude, special thanks to Fevzi Gulbeyaz who works at the reception during the day and speaks Swedish. The hotel has a great selection and lots of fun activities for children. 10 out of 10

Excellent hotel + shisha hookah, I recommend
Perfect! There are so many things to say, but in summary, for the off-season, it was great, especially with an incredible offer, thank you hotel.com. I thank the staff, especially Hülya for the meals, who took great care of us, and the receptionists. Just the mattress needs to be changed, that would be good.

Check-in was an absolute disaster - they had no confirmation of booking from Expedia. They refused to accept my confirmation and requested payment as a holding fee. Food - hit and miss, had better. Decent rooms and facilities. Not for me going forward.

The sun loungers were few and always occupied. Reserved places without people. No staff. Pool way too small and the beach with lots of stones and dirty. Muddy dark water.
