- • Very large scattered area, the hotel is located on a mountain, at first we were accommodated in a room at the very top, there were ants and mold in the rooms. It was very hot in July. The descent and ascent took about 10 minutes. It was very difficult with children. We had two rooms, when we asked for lower rooms, they offered us one family room almost near the beach at the bottom with an extra charge. But the problem was that the restaurant was at the top and we still had to go up and down a huge number of steps three times a day. To top it all off, everyone got sick one after another, my daughter and I had food poisoning. At the last meal, we had a salad with spoiled meat, it was so bad that I think I won't make it home.

- • The room we stayed in (302) - uncomfortable bed and pillows. Only when we left 1 euro on the nightstand, they cleaned the room. The common areas had worn furniture and were musty. In the restaurant, you either had to search for a place or stand in line for food. The beach umbrellas were only enough for a quarter of the hotel guests. The park around our room looked terrible.

- • Absolutely nothing. I find it disappointing for a 5-star hotel; I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. I felt like in a prison in the rooms, everything was outdated and dirty. My whole vacation went bad, even though we didn't want to stay here that day, we were assigned to another hotel the next day, but still not very satisfied. I find it really sad for people to show such beautiful pictures that are not true. I spent my whole vacation in the room as we all got sick. Before booking, I read the reviews, many had complaints, but I didn't believe it because it was a 5-star hotel. I find it outrageous that people wait so long for a vacation, pay so much money for a hotel, and have the whole vacation with such problems.

- • The hotel deserves a solid 3 stars. Wi-Fi is paid everywhere. Not even at the reception. It interferes with other networks, mobile internet is very weak. The base is old.

- • This is not a hotel concept, it consists of a few very old buildings on a hill, very far from the beach. Every day you have to walk to the beach and back a lot, uphill and downhill. The hotel is not suitable for families with children at all, it is a huge ordeal. From the accommodation to the beach, you can also be driven by a small bus without air conditioning that runs every hour, and the last one was at 5 p.m. You cannot plan your time in the hotel because you constantly have to run to get to the beach or meals that are short-lived, and the restaurant is also far away, requiring a lot of walking. The rooms are old and bad. The hygiene is terrible, the cleaners throw clean towels on the ground in front of the hotel and then bring them into the rooms. The food is terrible, not tasty and with a very poor selection, every day the choice is completely the same. The all-inclusive concept is not respected at all, except that you always have access to very bad drinks, the juices are colored sweet water. Considering that we visited the hotel at the end of August and it was still the season, there were many guests, but they don't have an animation team or any entertainment program. Warning to families with children, do not go to this hotel because your vacation will be ruined by walking around the hotel complex trying to get to the beach or the restaurant. The hotel is a huge disappointment.
I will start by saying that we booked the hotel through booking, not a travel agency, which probably influenced the fact that we got a room in a better standard and with a sea view. Our room was really okay, but we also saw those in a low standard and indeed, it looked bad. The air conditioning in the room was faultless. In my opinion, the biggest downside of the hotel is the lack of hot water in the afternoons and evenings - it is only available in the morning. I know it's warm outside, but not everyone likes to shower in cold water ;) The hotel is indeed more for physically active people - the number of stairs to climb can be cumbersome, especially in 35 degrees. On the plus side, there are two pools (the one at the top was sometimes almost empty, which was a big plus for us), a shisha bar, tasty food, availability of food on the beach between main meals, and the friendliness of the staff. We did not encounter any unfriendliness, quite the opposite - everyone was smiling, especially Maximo who greeted guests at the dining room in several languages. Also, the shops on the hotel premises are a nice thing, of course, it's a bit more expensive than in the city, but everything is on-site and you don't have to go anywhere special. Even ice cream or sweet snacks - but of course, for a fee. Generally, the hotel is okay, we will remember it well, but if someone is expecting luxury, it's not here.
