- • On the first day, there were 3 pillows for each bed. On the second day, one was removed, don't understand why.
Nicely designed hotel. Nice breakfast restaurant. Large rooms. Lovely pool. Staff are friendly.

- • The bathroom walls are made out of glass. We booked two rooms, as three friends, and weren’t comfortable with this. The staff didn’t really seem to understand this. We ended up booking a third room at the hotel because there apparently weren’t any rooms without this feature, which obviously made our stay much more expensive.

- • There are only two small bottles of drinking water which we had to use for drinking, to brush our teeth and to fill a kettle. It’s not enough….i think if you can’t use their tap water, then drinking water should be provided.
Nice hotel, well located. Good breakfast. Staff present but so formatted, almost obsequious, we like spontaneity and real generosity, not formatting. To each his own tastes.

- • Hotel tiring due to the noise of families, constant at breakfast, in the rooms, in the corridors and especially at the pool where it is impossible to relax, we are more in a holiday camp than in a high-end hotel. When, extraordinarily, families are absent, instead of letting us enjoy the silence and the birdsong, we have to endure the new scourge that strikes all of Asia: the music generated by AI, in this case a series of soothing and insipid chords, played on an imaginary piano, lasting about a minute and repeated endlessly. It's unbearable. I will never set foot in this hotel again.

1st visit to Hue, we will be back and will stay at Senna Hue, beautiful place.
Loved everything about this hotel, it was beautiful, get a pool view room, it truly is amazing. The fish pond was stunning, the staff amazing, great location, wonderful breakfast.

- • Building work next door, not the hotel's fault or that it impacted us that much, our first room was overlooking the construction but the hotel moved us to a pool view room without any hesitation, excellent staff, facilities and breakfast. Great area too.
