Nice hotel in a great location.
The location was great, close to downtown and great dining. It was very clean and comfortable.

- • One young woman at the front desk wasn't very helpful. We called and asked where the front entrance was in relation to the parking garage entrance (where we were standing) and she said 'look on google maps' instead of saying 'facing this direction, walk around the corner'. There was another encounter with her that was less than friendly but the rest of the staff was very nice.
Overpriced. Worth $300/night, not $450.

The location is great - close to great restaurants, walkable to the Faneuil Hall area. The area is safe and very walkable.
