- • How uncomfortable it was to move between the children's area and the rest of the facilities, the deterioration and lack of maintenance were very evident in all aspects

Stay away from the annoying Infinity luxury travel workers and do not accept their invitation.

- • What really ruined our stay, though, was our experience with the Infinity staff. We were invited to attend a sales presentation, enjoy free breakfast, and simply listen with no commitment whatsoever. Based on that, we agreed to attend. Once we were there, however, we felt heavily pressured to become members. We were encouraged to put down $2,000–$3,000, and when we repeatedly said no, the staff’s attitude completely changed. They became irritated, unfriendly, and made us feel uncomfortable for not agreeing to the membership. The worst part was when the lady questioned why we had accepted the free breakfast and attended the presentation if we weren’t going to become members. I explained that we agreed because we were specifically told there was no commitment. We should not have been made to feel guilty or pressured simply because we declined. A sales presentation should not leave guests feeling uncomfortable, pressured, or punished for saying no. Unfortunately, this interaction completely ruined our experience at Sea-Dust. We came to relax and enjoy ourselves, not to be pressured into spending thousands of dollars. Oh and it’s very hot and humid inside the resort and in most of the restaurants. Our room was the only fresh place.

- • The truth is that the restaurants are closed, the children's area too, only 2 bars open during the day. At 10 pm the fun ends, everything shuts down, they should have at least one bar open until 1 am. Honestly, we would not return to this hotel.

- • The rooms are neglected and old, we had to ask for the sheets and pillows to be changed because they smelled horrible. The water park is neglected, the waiters' service is not good. Since we arrived, we were taken by a man to explain the hotel's layout, but it was to convince us to attend a breakfast to supposedly get to know a platform of the hotel, and he asked me for 30 dollars that were going to give me some free tours. The next day I arrived but only to get my money back. They started to explain what it was and I didn't like it when they started asking if you have a card of which logo it is and make you sign a document which they say is to give you some benefits for that day, that's when I told them I was not interested, not to waste their time with me. The lady got angry and called the boss, they tried to convince us and I told them no and left. I went to Cancun to enjoy with my family, not for this kind of things, that part was really bad, I hope this episode does not go any further.
