It wasn't the best deal
The infrastructure resembling a cruise ship is very nice in that area, the restaurants have delicious food, except for where they serve breakfast

- • The rooms are neglected and old, we had to ask for the sheets and pillows to be changed because they smelled horrible. The water park is neglected, the waiters' service is not good. Since we arrived, we were taken to a man to explain the hotel layout, but it's to convince you to attend a breakfast to supposedly get to know a platform of the hotel and he asked me for 30 dollars that they were going to give me some free tours. The next day I arrived but only to get my money back. They started to explain what it was and I didn't like it when they started asking if you have a card of which logo it is and make you sign a document that supposedly is to give you some benefits for that day, that's when I told them I wasn't interested, not to waste their time with me, the lady got angry and called the boss, they tried to convince us and I told them no and I left. I went to Cancun to enjoy with my family, not for this kind of thing, it was really ugly that part, I hope this episode does not escalate further.
Excellent all-inclusive hotel option without spending a lot of money!!
They actually exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. I knew it wasn't a hotel from big brands so I didn't expect much, however, the hotel is very well maintained, the quality of service, food, cleanliness, variety of restaurants is very good. It is focused on local customers although there are some foreigners, however, everyone serves you with a good attitude! They gave us a room before 3 pm, on a high floor with a spectacular sea view and allowed us to stay in the hotel until 5 pm without any restrictions on food and beverage consumption.
