- • The room was not cleaned during the three-day stay. We asked for a room with two beds and were given one large bed instead.

- • Only 1 elevator working. This was not fixed even though the hotel was fully booked. Hopeless to use the elevator. Asked at check-in if we wanted the room cleaned. We said yes. The room was not cleaned. I pointed this out at the reception. I had to bring clean towels myself. The room was not cleaned! Too few coffee machines at breakfast.
Good, but no air conditioning.
