Ideal for spending a few days in GeorgeTown and visiting the points of interest on foot
The location is ideal, both for walking from the jetty and for visiting the entire historic area on foot. The staff was very friendly, they prepared breakfast for us both days because we couldn't be there at 7.30 when it starts. Small but very nice pool and stunning views of the bay

Fantastic Penang Hotel
The Hotel Savv was an absolute hidden gem that I am so happy we discovered in Georgetown, Penang. From the modern, roomy feel to excellent rooms that have lots of space and comfort. The staff were lovely and the security was great. Lots of places to explore around the area. We loved our stay and already have a future booking at the hotel.

The staff were lovely and the security was great. Lots of places to explore around the area. We loved our stay and already have a future booking at the hotel.

Brilliant - would definitely stay here again
Fantastic hotel in great location (less than 5 mins from ferry terminal), super friendly staff. Room was spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable. We had a corner room with great harbour/jetty views.

A great stay with friendly and trustworthy staff, a clean and spacious room, and excellent service.
Very pleasant and secure hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, a nice garden area and a swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially May at breakfast, who was lovely and very attentive. I was also unexpectedly upgraded to a much larger Deluxe room at no extra cost, which was a very nice surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, especially the bathroom, shower and towels. A special thank you to the staff for finding my bag, which I accidentally left in the garden area. It contained my passport, ID, driving licence, money and other important documents. They immediately tried to contact me and kept everything safe until I came back. I am extremely grateful for that. The power outlets also worked with European plugs, which was very convenient.

- • Very few negatives. The breakfast was good but quite basic, and the TV was far from the bed and was not a Smart TV, so there was no Netflix, YouTube and so on. The room was very clean overall, although I noticed some dust on top of the clothes-hanging.
Top hotel in a good location
Nice and modern hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Laundry service, parking under the hotel, swimming pool to cool off after a long hot day. Neat rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The best shower we have encountered in Asia. A very pleasant experience.

- • The placement of the air conditioning in our room causes the airflow to be directed at the bed. This is not ideal.
