The setting, the room, the staff... everything was perfect! The hotel is magnificent, the pool is dreamy, the gardens are superb! The restaurants are very good and reasonably priced for a hotel of this standing. The staff does their utmost to make your experience exceptional! The private access to the ocean is a real plus to enjoy your stay.

- • Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several areas that could be improved. The staff didn’t come across as particularly welcoming or attentive, which made the experience feel less personal than expected. The breakfast was fairly basic and could offer better quality. I also think customer service and attention to detail could be improved - specially by the pool -, as small touches can make a big difference in making guests feel valued. With a more personalized approach and better service, the overall guest experience would be much better.
Madeira, where every view is a masterpiece and every moment is worth remembering.

A good choice!
Many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, direct access to the sea thanks to a pedestrian bridge, super friendly staff. The facility is very well maintained, hotel-owned restaurants also with a large selection and everything is very tasty. Large parking garage.

- • No distance between the sunbeds at the pool. You are practically 'shoulder to shoulder' with other guests. In a hotel of this class, I did not expect this. There are alternatives (lounge beds), but they cost extra.
