Personal touch in everything!
Fantastic atmosphere, super accommodating staff that listens to you and is very helpful, rooms are beautiful with real flowers in pots and art works. Late check out was complimentary and hot tub is a bonus after a long flight.

Worth the stop for a drink
We stopped in for a drink at the pool bar while wandering around Santa Teresa. Lovely venue, gorgeous views, delicious spritz, and very friendly service from Alex. Definitely with the stop.

Our experience at Santa Teresa Hotel Rio MGallery was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, with stunning views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The pool and grounds make it feel like a hidden oasis in Rio. A special thank you to Alex and Henrique, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly accommodating and helped create a truly special experience. Outstanding hotel in Rio - a classy sanctuary
This hotel is like a sanctuary, away from the crazy hustle and bustle of Rio. It's very beautiful, in a converted old coffee plantation. The staff were very helpful, they organised a terrific guide and driver for us which was a brilliant way to see the city's main sights. The restaurant's breakfast was exceptional. The pool bar was fantastic after a long hot day too. Santa Teresa is the best location to stay away from the iconic beaches. There's some great local bars and restaurants that are very close too.

- • Honestly the only thing I didn't like was the toilet issue .. having to place dirty toilet paper in a bin next the toilet is something I will never get used to! We accidentally blocked the toilet on the first night! But the staff fixed the issue very quickly and explained the protocol.
