- • Staff could have been better… we were served cold food 2 evenings in a row in the bar. The staff there was slow and not attentive to serving guests. Plates left on tables for a long time while they were talking. Cold chips with dinner both nights, slow to replace. Menu could also be better. Concierge tried to sell the most expensive package rather than sharing options for travel to the Argentine side and airport. Taxi booked via reception was cheaper.
Beautiful and well-located hotel, but room comfort and service quality need to improve.
The common areas are very beautiful, spacious, and well renovated. The pool area is very pleasant, and the location is excellent for visiting the Falls and the Bird Park. The room also seemed to have been recently renovated.

- • The room and especially the bathroom were small. The shower drain was clogged, and the toilet flush did not work well. The mattress was very worn out and sunk on the sides, with the center higher, giving the feeling of sliding towards the edges. Soundproofing was also insufficient, and the noise of birds started very early in the morning. Breakfast had many sweet options but relatively few savory ones, and the service was slow. At the pool restaurant, we waited over 30 minutes for a cheeseless burger, which ended up arriving with cheese. The waiter did not apologize for the mistake, and his service was not particularly friendly. Overall, we expected a slightly more attentive service for a hotel of this category.
Relaxing and feeling good
The hotel offers everything for relaxing and feeling good. At the same time, it is very well located for the waterfalls. The breakfast is simply great.
