Good cost performance and convenient for long stays
Located within Dartmouth Crossing, very convenient for shopping and dining. Offers a better value with lower accommodation rates compared to other hotels in the same area. There were comments about narrow parking spaces, but they are wider than in Japan and narrower than in the United States, so there were no particular complaints.

- • The receptionist on the first day did not smile, leaving a bad impression. Perhaps she was nervous as a part-time worker. Also, I was concerned about a homeless person in the parking lot.
It’s fairly new and beds are comfortable. Staff are smiling and welcoming. It’s very clean and fresh in the rooms.
I have stayed here before and like the central location. Good amount of accessible parking. Staff are excellent both in the hotel and restaurant.

- • Didn't know we had to put out the refresh sign to get housekeeping's attention for the room. Just talked to a worker in the hallway upon returning, and he was more than happy to help with coffee for the next day and anything else needed with a smile.

Good start to the holiday
The helpful staff. The very comfortable bed and nice suite with a kitchen and bath as well as a shower. The bar and Denny’s restaurant. It is modern and clean.

- • The isolated location in an industrial park with a lack of places to walk around from the hotel. A car was really needed, but Ubers were quick to arrive and averaged six dollars one way to get to the ferry and downtown Dartmouth.
A wonderful start to a memorable Nova Scotia trip.
Clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location made it easy to explore both Dartmouth and Halifax, and parking was convenient. A great place to start our Nova Scotia adventure.
