- • We informed the apartment owner that we would arrive late by sending a message. In response, they provided a phone number and said you can pick up the key from there. I messaged the person who gave the number. 6 hours later, 3 hours before our scheduled check-in time, they replied. The location is not the one shown on Booking, it's 950 meters away in another place. They are deceiving people. As you can see in the pictures, the apartment is different. We did not stay where we were told on Booking. The person who came to give us the key, despite us calling twice, kept us waiting for half an hour by saying 'I'm coming right away.' The room's quality is not up to Booking standards, not even a hostel! There is no wifi in the room. The shower and toilet are in the same place, total of 1.5 square meters. There is no mosquito net on the window. The curtains are from the 1960s. There is only a body towel, no towel for the head. A fifth-class place. Booking should not make agreements with such places after seeing them, and should not even list such a bad and inadequate place.
