- • It would be good if they DID NOT clean all the bathrooms at the same time one hour before checkout (there are people who still use them before leaving)

What I like in a hostel - communal meeting space and kitchen, giving lots of room for meeting new people. I also appreciated the women's only dorm and the women's only bathroom that they had. It was important to have those spaces available. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Space was clean. The OB vibe was very present. Location is excellent. They hold luggage till 6 pm the day of check out. Wednesday OB farmers market is right there! A fine scene to be part of! Diversity in race, age and nationality SUCH a plus! Upper bunk NOT a plus for late night bathroom needs!

Very good!!
The hostel was very nice! Clean and modern! Excellent location in the heart of downtown! A pity I only stayed one night. I was in a shared room of 4 people and slept great! It has a large number of common bathrooms (women, men, mixed. You can choose) They provide towels without any additional charge.

- • They left the sheets folded on the bed for you to make the bed. After a tiring day, I didn't feel like making it. Still, it didn't take away comfort or points from the accommodation 😉. The breakfast was a bit scarce.
- Close to the beach!!! 100m or so - Curtains at the bed with sockets and light - enough toilets and showers - nice common areas - nice people

Fabulously colorful and friendly lodging close to amazing sights.
The location was great - in between downtown/Coronado Island and La Jolla, which were the two areas we spent the most time in during our trip. The atmosphere was fun with very friendly guests and staff. Highly recommend to small groups who don't mind sharing close quarters and families.

- • I misread about the parking situation and thought there was a lot close by for guests to use. We had to park quite a bit away when we first arrived and then generally needed to move the car more often than we would have liked throughout the week due to street cleaning, events, etc.
