Outstanding Hospitality at Curio Bogotá – Kelly & Ivan Are Exceptional!
Our stay at the Curio Collection in Bogotá was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the phenomenal service at the front desk. Kelly and Ivan set the absolute standard for world-class hospitality. They were incredibly helpful with every request, effortlessly accommodating late checkouts, resolving key card issues in a flash, and handling every situation with grace and efficiency. Beyond their stellar professionalism, their genuine empathy and kindness toward my pregnant wife made us feel completely cared for and at home. If you are visiting Bogotá, this hotel is wonderful, but the team—especially Kelly and Ivan—makes it truly special. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

The best hotel in Bogota PERIOD. All the hotel staff was very kind and attentive. Rooms were amazing with soundproof sliding doors and A/C which made the whole experience amazing. Hotel food was great although a lot of dining options within walking distance.

A great hotel, great staff, and wonderful vibes all around
Everything has been absolutely amazing! The staff especially have been so nice and super helpful. The smiles are infectious and I absolutely love the local cuisine!
