- • The sofa in our room was notably unclean. We were assigned a smoking room despite having informed the hotel of our infant's presence, which was particularly disappointing. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, and the service was slow. Furthermore, the food quality was merely average. There were no tissues in the bathroom, and we had to request towels due to their unavailability in the room, which also had a musky odor.

- • I didn't like anything, the staff, the room, the air conditioning, and most of the facilities were closed, the spa was closed and not mentioned in the offer, the parking was insufficient, and I was asked by the staff to park the car at a neighboring villa and I did not complete my reservation and left
