Good value for location but needs some updates. Nothing changed since 2 years ago when we stayed here.

- • Master bed needs repair or new mattress- the bed is uneven and uncomfortable. Bad smell from the closets which seeps into the clothes. Burning in the neighborhood creates unpleasant ash smell inside the house and ash residue on everything outside.
Luxurious tranquility and privacy
The villa was truly beautiful with tonnes of room, comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The pool was fabulous. The villa was tucked away in a tranquil spot complete with chickens from neighbouring properties wandering across the road. The neighbours who seem to manage the property were very helfpul and allowed access to the bar for their own small resort to grab a drink or two at local prices as well as information and assistance with transport.

- • Nothing much is accessible without calling for a ride to travel a couple of kms to town or the beach.
Would book the house again and again.

Exceptional
This is the nicest place I've stayed at in Thailand! Even with the putting rain, my kids were able to swim and had a blast. The location is tucked back fast enough from the main road and all the tourists, with great access to restaurants, a laundromat, and 7-eleven. There are frogs and small fruit bats nearby. The rooms were wonderful, and we had a great kitchen. This was our favorite place to stay on our 2 week trip in Thailand!
