A quirky stay in a new area for us
The location was fine but new to us. Once we understood where we were we were fine. We liked the informality downstairs and the choice of seating areas. The room was nice and bright but I did bang my leg repeatedly on the bed during the night. I liked that we did not have to have room service each day as it enabled us to relax more.

- • I understood why we paid as we went but it was inconvenient for a business traveler and I would have preferred it all on one bill. Everything else was fine.
👎 Disliked
- • Towel with hairs still in it. After reporting to reception, a simple statement 'we will replace it immediately' was made. It was also done so, but no apology or action was mentioned, let alone a commercial gesture.
Very nicely furnished and friendly, courteous staff. Very quiet, despite central location
