A nice place to stay in Cologne (next to the Belgian quarter ;-))
The hotel is well located and we found the rooms to be very well soundproofed (no noise!). The bar at the reception is pleasant and the staff is very welcoming.

- • The toilet doors are glass and therefore you need to know each other well to share a room together.

- • The check-in process is disturbing. You stand at the counter and type your fingers sore while the staff stands opposite and refers friendly and determined to this semi-digital, intentionally and not skillfully - process. A bad start and a bad mood are preprogrammed.

- • The air conditioning didn't work properly the first night. Reported it the next morning at the reception and it was immediately fixed.
