- • The on-site staff is not doing their job properly. The housekeeper opened the door to our room without even knocking, while we were still inside and about to take a shower. She entered normally saying she was going to clean the room. However, the check-out is at noon, and she came by at 11 am. I was very surprised by this lack of respect for our privacy and professionalism. On top of that, they let me carry the luggage alone with my kids. The staff in charge of this service was looking at me while chatting among themselves without even offering their help. Frankly, this lack of attention and professionalism is unacceptable, especially considering the price paid for the night. I was very disgusted by this experience
