I have had food delivered to the hotel. Like Dash, actually a Brazilian app called iFood. They are a 5-star hotel, THAT DIDN’T deliver the food to your room. They do not have message boys. Bell boys. It is an absurd, meanwhile the Minister of Economy having breakfast in the same hotel. Outrageous. How dare can’t they deliver to our door

I am a long-time customer and the hotel is not the same anymore. Renovation works are urgently needed. There are more modern options in the city with fairer prices.

Most expensive hotel in Brasilia - leaves something to be desired
To be the best and most expensive hotel in Brasilia, it leaves something to be desired. Weak breakfast, many options but of low quality and poor hospitality, as we forgot a flower vase and it was a hassle to find... they didn't give us the slightest attention.
