Royal M Hotel Fujairah by Gewan

C'est directement relié au Fujairah Mall au 1er étage (le centre commercial est principalement composé de food courts et d'un hypermarché, un seul vrai restaurant). L'hôtel était correct pour une nuit, bien que le nettoyage et l'expérience de l'enregistrement auraient pu être meilleurs. Très bonne situation.

The Royal M Hotel was clean, safe, with good facilities. We enjoyed the downstairs restaurant, which offered quality food and service. On the plus side, the connected mall was convenient; especially the Nesto supermarket, which made grabbing essentials easy.

Great Value for money and amazing seafood restaurant!!!!

Really enjoyed a 5 night's stay at this amazing hotel both centrally located in Fujairah close to Fujairah city centre and Fujairah mall but also very close to mountains with amazing mountain views. Great value for money, room with great view and great cleaning service in room with ample water provided. Had very smooth check-in experience with Asayenem. Wonderful concierge staff who were very helpful (especially Fajish) and security team who went out of their way and provided lots of useful information and made the hotel more homely. Lovely breakfast and very helpful and friendly restaurant staff including Mr Ahmed Food and Beverage Manager who was so welcoming and helpful throughout. One of the key highlights of the stay is the new Seafood Restaurant (Fish Ring / Halakat Samak) on the first floor on the way to Fujairah Mall (there is an extension from the hotel to the mall on the first floor). The seafood was exceptional, fresh and so simply prepared and was so amazingly reasonably priced - would go back to Fujairah just to enjoy the seafood again in this restaurant. Amazing seafood chefs. Do give a try if staying in the hotel - Fish Ring - Halakat Samat is the name of the restaurant specializing in seafood. Really worth having dinner there every night and great value. Definitely coming again.

I only stayed for 1 night, however everything about the hotel was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good stay at the Royal M. Very friendly staff. Impeccable property and comfort. Excellent spa, pool. Very well located hotel with direct access to the shopping center.

The staff are very friendly they allowed me to do an early check-in which was I needed from a long flight. I was able to freshen up and get my much-needed shower. Shoutout to the receptionist they are very accommodating! The property is adjacent to the mall and supermarket which is very convenient. It is also close by to the hospital which was the main reason I decided to stay here to visit my aunt.

Le personnel de la salle à manger était exceptionnel. Nous avons eu la meilleure nourriture de notre voyage de 2 semaines au petit-déjeuner du Royal M, mais la note exceptionnelle est pour le personnel. Nous avions des enfants avec nous qui n'étaient pas sages. Le personnel nous a aidés en nous plaçant dans une zone isolée, et le deuxième jour, ils se souvenaient de nos préférences pour les cafés et autres aliments. Votre enregistrement/départ à la réception était également fluide et facile pour nous. Nous avons demandé et obtenu des chambres communicantes et une 3ème chambre en face. Ils voulaient évidemment que nous soyons satisfaits de notre séjour, et nous l'étions. La seule déception a été que le jacuzzi féminin était hors service. Tout le reste était bon. Merci à tout votre personnel au Royal M Fujairah.
