I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but they were flexible and allowed me to check in. The staff was very helpful and it was a lovely hotel!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was close to the pyramid. The staff - Noor, Fatma, Mohammed, and Ali were wonderful. Especially much love to dear Noor and Fatma for their sweet hospitality and warmth that made us feel like home. Fatma was kind enough to make Indian style ginger tea with milk for us in the mornings. We would love to come back to Cairo and stay with this family again 💜💜💜

I thank all the staff for their cooperation, especially Um Bilal, Noor, Ali, Mohammed, and the follow-up by Mr. Hossam. The hotel excels in cleanliness, safety, and is mostly quiet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What made my experience even better was the amazing staff. Special thanks to Saif from the reservations team, Eman at the reception, and Boulos from the reception as well. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable during my stay, which meant a lot to me. The location was also perfect. I attended a wedding nearby and visited the Egyptian Museum the next day. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to both the museum and the Pyramids. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
