We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were all polite and accommodating. Great location.
Rooms were nice. Liked the little walk out patio from the room. Restaurant food was good although the ambiance could be better.

Banff is busy but the way they organise the visitors makes it easy to navigate and enjoy it
At the quiter end of Banff main street which is what I expected but still a very easy walk into town or could use the Roam transport service from just outside. Facilities were good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

- • The restaurant was very slow in delivering the food they need more chefs the food was good we only ate for breakfast the pancakes and French toast were very good the coffee was mediocre it tasted like instant coffee. The restaurant staff were good but the food was delivered late someone ordered just toast and butter but waited for 45 minutes most of the customers were annoyed that their order didn’t come out yet I heard them complaining it’s sad because the food was good.
Loved it
Well when we got there, though we couldn’t get our rooms next to each other we were given upgraded rooms which was really nice. So we enjoyed the room. The hotel clean and worth every penny. Walkable to town and away from all the noise.
