Great hotel - mainly for adults

- • We did not like that there were no activities for children at all, no entertainment staff activities at the pool. Regarding the entertainment staff/shows we heard were only on the last day and not at our hotel at all but at the hotel next door (Royal Garden). The kids' room is quite boring, suitable mainly for very young children and gets crowded quickly. The fact that people staying in the rooms can open and see someone in the bathroom is a bit weird!!! We did not like it at all. We have children who open and close and sometimes we are with extended family in the room - not pleasant this lack of privacy. The fact that there is no coffee/tea service etc. on the breakfast tables and you have to stand in line for coffee (which is a pretty basic thing in the morning) is not suited for a luxury hotel at the level of this hotel. Compared to many hotels we have visited, a bit disappointing.

Want to compliment from the bottom of my heart on a perfect hosting experience! ❤️ When I arrived at the reception for check-in, I had a not so simple issue, and she simply did not give up until she found a solution and made sure I was satisfied. Her service was amazing, with a lot of patience, caring, and a smile. Beyond that, all the service at the hotel was at the highest level - the rooms were clean and luxurious, the dining room was excellent, the pool was great and clean!! I haven't enjoyed a vacation like this in a very long time, no doubt I will come back again! 🌸
