- • Very old carpets and a lot of spiders/spider webs in the window were the only real negatives
Very pleased. Staff are friendly and excellent. Very tidy. Of course. I was the only oldie!
So many food choices. Police station and Howard Morrison Theatre across the road. Lake and gardens within walking distance. I am 80 years old and would stay here again!

- • The soundproofing is very poor, 100% no soundproofing, you can hear the noise from the street outside, people passing by in the corridor, and the voices next door - all clearly audible. The bunk beds shake when going up and down, making creaking noises. No hot water in the bathroom, the water is cold and slightly warm, but this temperature can be cold in winter. If the next room is also taking a shower, the water will become very small. For locals: don't stay here!
Ideal location right next to the bus arrival and the city lake. Very clean bathrooms, ok rooms, very good kitchen

Easy as - great experience
Handy to local cafes and amenities - the staff were amazingly helpful as I turned up late 2:30 am and someone was on hand to let me in and help me with my luggage
