Good location
Great location, downstairs is a large shopping mall. The view is also great, overlooking Carlton Hill. The hotel is quite new, and the croissants for breakfast are delicious.

- • The room with a view is relatively small, the mattress is a bit soft. During our stay, we found that the price on Booking.com was much higher than the hotel's official website. When we tried to cancel the booking, we couldn't, and contacting Booking.com's customer service didn't help either, quite disappointing.
Very comfortable rooms, convenient facilities downstairs, and friendly staff. Our room felt spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was fabulous.

- • I didn't realize that "king-sized bed" means different things in America and the UK. The bed was a bit small for us.
Great location in Edinburgh---a short walk to the old town
This is a great location in Edinburgh. Parking is easy at the shopping mall, which also offers souvenir shopping and essential items. There are plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Free coffee in the lobby and pastries in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again. We also received a parking discount, which was helpful.

Great room, friendly staff, definitely recommend
Such a spacious apartment, well-stocked reception with snacks, toiletries, and even meals to cook in the apartment's kitchen. Our balcony had a beautiful view of Calton Hill, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location right in the center of Edinburgh.
