A beautiful visit to the place and the service is excellent
The place is above the mall, close to the center, and there is a gate on the street that leads you straight up to the hotel. I got lost carrying the bags from the mall to the top, it's on the last floor, but the service and the place are really nice. If I go back, I will stay there again. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

- • Honestly, I didn't like one thing, the location given in the booking was in the middle of the market. It should have given me the direction to the external gate that leads to the hotel. There should be a sign on the door outside on the street with the hotel's name written on it to make it easier to find.
This hotel is a gem! The staff were very welcoming. New & clean, close to pretty much everything. Love that there’s essentially an attached mall.

Love Roomzzz Edinburgh for its central location, great base for exploring & visiting the Fringe!
In reception, there were complimentary croissants in the morning on a first come first served basis plus coffee 24hrs which was a lovely touch. The coffee machine did break down after 2 nights though with no alternative apart from your facilities in your room which was fine.

- • There was no inventory for the utensils, glasses, pots, plates or pans. I did have to ask for more teaspoons due to there being only one in the drawer. There was only one glass tumbler but 4 wine glasses. I did ask at reception regarding an inventory as I didn’t want to be charged for missing items. I was told there wasn’t one & not to worry.

- • Sofa bed was placed under TV box with sharp edge which could have injured a child if sat up in bed. We moved the bed slightly because of this and it was really dirty underneath, like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Expensive but expected for the time of year/location.
