An amazing stay with a great location, lovely rooms and exceptional staff — I would definitely stay here again!
I had a wonderful stay at Room Mate Alba. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid, and I really enjoyed the room, the bathroom, and the breakfast buffet. Everything was comfortable and very well maintained. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A very special mention has to go to Pablo, who truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, assisting me with everything I needed — from helping me find the right train to Seville to arranging my pick-up to the station and making sure everything went smoothly. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him. His genuine hospitality and willingness to help made a real difference to my stay and is exactly the kind of service you remember after leaving a hotel. He is a real credit to the team.

- • There was honestly very little I didn’t like. The only minor point was that I found the pillows a little uncomfortable. It would also be nice to have a tissue box provided in the room or bathroom. These are very small details, though, and certainly did not take away from an otherwise excellent stay.
Quite nice
The rooms themselves are good. The bed is comfortable.

- • The lobby is quite dark and unwelcoming, as well as the corridors having a rather strange design. If you stay 2-3 days, having a bottle of tap water in the room in the evening would simply be a nice gesture instead of just once on the day of arrival. Annoying is the shower where you have to carefully find out the temperature by hand...
Excellent service at front desk/reception. Great location. Super comfortable room.

- • Extremely small room and no bathtub (only shower) in relation to the price paid (almost 600 euros per night!)
The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived very early and they were able to find a room
