Excellent stay in the heart of the city with exceptional staff
The hotel has an excellent location, right in the city center and just a few steps from the old town. The Double Premium Deluxe room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable and perfectly suited for a short stay. The bathroom is modern, very well equipped, and very pleasant. The hotel pool is very nice, and the breakfast is of good quality. No sea view, but we particularly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and smiles of all the staff, who greatly contributed to making our stay very pleasant.

No thank you never again, The hotel itself is also not what we expected. It is mostly occupied by elderly guests, not a great quality of guest, which made the atmosphere feel more like a hospital than a holiday hotel. It is quite far from the sea, and the swimming pool is very small. I was very disappointed with our experience. Upon our arrival, the woman at the reception was extremely unprofessional. We asked to extend our stay, and she kept us waiting for almost 30 minutes, to finally tell us that it was possible. Then, on our last day, the youngest girl receptionist informed us that we could not extend our stay anymore, without giving us any prior notice or clear explanation. The only highlight of our stay was the restaurant. The service there was excellent, especially thanks to PoPi, who was always kind, welcoming, and professional. She made our dining experience truly enjoyable.
