A gem of a hotel in Plett
This place is perfectly situated and was a great stay. When I had issues with the lights in my room not switching off properly (an after effect of recent storms), the staff moved super quick and gave me a brilliant room to stay in. No complaints at all, and a huge compliment to the staff, including the GM who made a point of finding me the next morning.

- • Our welcome was terrible, the service was awful, the staff were more interested in messing about with each other and having fun that actually providing any level of service. The room was filthy, our feet were black from walking around in the room bare feet, there were black scuff marks all around the bathroom, it was generally dirty and scruffy.
Excellent location with an ocean view!
Excellent location. In the evening, you can have dinner with a sea view. The rooms are simply huge. The staff helped to carry the luggage to the room. A cozy place on the ocean shore.

- • Overall, everything was good. I suggest expanding the menu in the restaurant a bit. The choice of dishes is modest - although the view of the ocean during the evening dinner is magnificent!
