Challenging but we felt supported.
The location is great. It's our second time here. The rooms are roomy and the kitchen has most amenities. If you're looking to bring back food, you have a refrigerator and freezer available.

- • This time we had some hiccups in our trip. Staff was helpful via chat and the 800#. First, the wrong room number was provided and we couldn't enter it using our code. Once we received the correct room number, we found out we could open the door about 10". Something under the door kept getting stuck against the floor. We also didn't want to continue ruining the nice, hardwood floors. My bed had slats missing, it started to collapse when I sat on it. I put two of them back in place. We stayed in that room for a day because there were no comparable rooms available. A day later, we moved to our replacement room. We actually in that room before. We found a large American cockroach. The back of the couch had fallen out of place. I was able to put it back in place but I think it's damaged where it will again fall out. I like Roami. It has potential. I feel it needs a little more downtime for maintenance to take care of routine tasks between stays. Also look at the furniture you're purchasing. Maybe commercial grade furniture would last longer and not need as many repairs.
We had an amazing time. It was clean smelled great. It's was close to everything.
