Everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations. The staff made us feel so special from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. The food was delicious with a huge variety of choices, the rooms were spotless and luxurious, and the pools and beach were amazing. A very special thank you to Mr. Sherif for his outstanding hospitality, continuous follow-up, and genuine care throughout our stay. He made our honeymoon even more special and was always available to help with anything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back!

Bad experience ever
Poor service and very disappointing food quality. The staff were rude, the same food was served every day, and the food hygiene was questionable. Unfortunately, I became sick after eating there. I would not recommend this place.

The place is very tidy and clean, the service is excellent, the staff's treatment is exceptional, they respect all tourists. We enjoyed the hotel a lot and will come back, God willing
