Fun, but one star needs to be deducted from the 4 to be credible
It's a good location, although in Szeged, I think it's not so hard to surpass this bar. The reception is very kind, prepared, and smooth. The rooms are very well distributed, spacious, comfortable, I really liked our kitchen area.

- • I don't know how they got 4 stars because it's barely even a 3-star. The original room had mold on the wall under the air conditioning (I don't know how they didn't notice it, obviously it didn't appear in just a few hours) - after we reported this, we got another room, which was handled very nicely. The mattresses were very hard, I have never seen such uncomfortable beds in a hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Firstly, we received a 'voucher' resembling a business card that had been suffering in a belt bag for years, which we had to give to the baristas every morning in the café on the ground floor, which operated independently. Cheap coffee machine, powdered milk, and weak quality coffee. Genuine retro cheap sugary-aromatic fruit drinks. On the buffet table, there was cheap machine-made ham, 2 types of equally cheap salami, 2 slices of cheese, 2 types of vegetables (pepper and cucumber), Liptauer cheese (which was good), something resembling scrambled eggs, and hot dogs, margarine, jam in plastic containers, some canned fruit salad, plain yogurt, muesli, 2 types of rolls, and completely terrible croissants and muffins taken out of a bag but have since dried out. Perhaps nitpicking, but I think if there are 2 guests in a room, it's appropriate to provide 2 vanity sets. There is no wellness area, which is usually expected at a 4-star hotel, but I guess they received points instead for room sizes.

- • The breakfast is expensive and very poor! Furthermore, I bought coffee from the bar and they refused to give me a plastic cup to take it away... on the grounds that if I bought it from the bar, I had to drink it there.
