In the middle of the night loud vehicle noises, cleaning a street with a sweeper and garden blowers. Second night a wild motorcyclist passing by, the soundproofing of the windows is poor, so at night with heavy traffic it is very loud. Room is fine, staff polite. There is no way to get a drink outside the hotel in the area, no bar or other place to stay besides the hotel room available in the hotel.

Not a good option!
The worst stay of my life so far. Very rude customer service and their beds are broken and the hotel stinks like fish. Very dirty and the ventilation is bad all the smell from the kitchen is everywhere in the whole hotel. It’s not recommended at all.

Hello. The staff was very nice and could help with problems. The condition of the rooms was very good. Rooms were clean except for a few small things. With public transport nearby, it is relatively easy to get to The Hague city center, and also to the beach, takes about 35 minutes with tram number 1. To the city center, the tram takes about 25 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the tram stop. We cannot comment on the food at the hotel itself as we did not book it. 17 euros per person for breakfast. Everyone has to decide for themselves if it's worth it. In the room itself, there is a very small refrigerator. We used it all the time 😊 All in all, it was a nice stay, we would book the hotel again and again. Oh yes, a big plus is that the parking in front of the hotel is available for free. Parking in Holland is unfortunately extremely expensive from my point of view.

Hotel was very clean, modern and staff were very friendly. There is a very fancy restaurant on site as well but we did not eat there. Surrounding area seemed industrial but was a quick trip to the center of Delft for restaurants and shopping.
