Exceptional!
Everything was exceptional. Good food and good service. Great pools and facilities. During the booking process I inquired about their selection of whiskies and was not overly excited about the lack of Irish whiskey options such as Jameson. After a brief interaction with the hotel, they arranged for the preferred whiskey to be available for my stay. Exceptional!

- • I found that some waiters at the restaurants try to rush the orders, forcing you to order starters, mains, everything within 5 minutes of sitting down. I am not going to Cancun to have a McDonald's fast-food experience. The supervisor managed the issue well though.
