- • The washing machine couldn't dry the clothes even when I used the drying function. Not sure why the clothes smell bad after washing

- • Was not aware we would have to pay tax when we arrived on top of our booking fee. One of our other hotels also required this, the third did not.
Hotel to be evaluated!
The room is very beautiful, reminiscent of the traditional Japanese style. We slept in a comfortable bed, the child on the futon, and it was a nice experience for him. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is well organized with a wonderful shower/bath room. At the end of each day, enjoying the hot bath was truly relaxing. Amazing amenities, with hair masks, foot relaxation patches, bath salts! In the room, we also found coffee pods. Really TOP.

- • In the room, there is a large unshaded window, so they provide you with sleeping masks. We are not used to it and had difficulty sleeping. We woke up at dawn every day
