Very central, near Kyoto train station, very good bus connection. The staff is very attentive, pleasant, and very efficient in solving any problems. Very polite and attentive, if I returned to Kyoto, I would stay at the same hotel. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant.

- • Strong smell of humidity coming from the air conditioning, lack of window with constant light (unable to open/close or at least lower a curtain, no natural light at all), overly sensitive automatic light that turns on at night

- • Washing facilities - washing machines just ate all my money as the dryer simply didn't work. The only flaw!
