Beautiful B&B in Pisa with the best aircon!
Fantastic hidden gem in Pisa. Andy & Andrew were lovely, very helpful and warm. We had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Would absolutely recommend staying here - the hosts and the breakfast was wonderful!
Andrea and Andrea are super friendly and we felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and made by demand, and the room was clean with good aircondition. Also it was close to everything!

- • The only minus with the place is how close it is to the café/bars in the street outside, so it can be a bit noisy at night, but our 1-year old was able to sleep so it was not too bad.

Very friendly hosts, helped us in whatever we needed. Rooms were spotless and a delicious breakfast was served. Centrally located, close to local attractions and train station. Highly recommended.

Would thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay in Pisa.
Great location, lovely setting, very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice, eggs just the way you like them. They couldn't have been more welcoming. Andy & Andrew are amazing hosts. Lavinia equally very helpful in arranging anything we needed.
