Perfect Riad Experience

This was our second time at Riad Idra. Everything is perfect. Karine and her team make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Even buying my daughter a new toothbrush at 11pm! The location is excellent in a quiet part of the Medina but easy walking distance to most everything that you would want to see. Breakfast on the roof top was amazing, more than you could possibly eat and all very fresh. We could not recommend it more.

We love the property in the heart of Medina and accessible to many places. We only took a cab to and from the airport and home from dinner.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the property was clean and the service for luggage and food was exceptional. Karen was especially helpful in coordinating assisting and advising. Her communication was exceptional.

A beautiful oasis in the heart of the bustling Medina

From the moment we booked the Riad, Karine was incredibly helpful. She arranged our transfer from the airport and were met by Redouan who escorted us to the Riad. The staff are incredible and very attentive. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Abdessamade, Karine’s assistant, with a wonderful mint tea and directions for getting around the Medina. We had dinner at the Riad the first night and it was so delightfully prepared that we decided to eat at the Riad five of the six nights we were there. Each meal was a wonderful four-course, five-star experience prepared by chef Mohamed and Naima. My favorite was the monkfish tagine! Our delicious breakfasts were served either on the beautiful rooftop or the elegant dining room by Youness. Dinners were served by Omar, a gracious and very interesting gentleman with a lifetime experience in hospitality whose wonderful demeanor made our dining experience very enjoyable. I booked a hammam and a massage with Aisha one morning and wish I had done so every day. I highly recommend it! The Riad was impeccable in every sense of the word. This is by far the best hotel experience we have had. From the reception to our departure, our stay at Riad Idra was unforgettable. We are already planning to return again next year! Such a wonderful experience

My husband and I stayed at Riad Idra and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff are incredibly attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We arrived quite late on our first night and checked out at 3 am, yet we were provided with an escort to the hotel upon arrival and guided back to the main street when leaving, despite the awkward hours. The Riad is beautiful, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the Marrakech Medina

Fantastic Riad, beautiful and well-kept, tastefully decorated. An incomparable welcome by Karine and her team, always smiling and attentive to make our stay unforgettable! A truly wonderful address, we will return with pleasure.

All the staff were wonderful — always smiling, friendly, kind, and welcoming. During my 4-night stay, every time I came back to the riad, they greeted me warmly, and it felt almost like coming home. I felt very safe, relaxed, and happy throughout my stay. The room was also cleaned carefully every day, which made my stay very comfortable.
