Very enjoyable with amazing hospitality.
The staff were very helpful and friendly from before we arrived, from arranging an airport pick up to giving us general city advice! The staff go above and beyond, from meeting us at the taxi drop off point to being easily reachable via messages. The staff are attentive and Breakfast was provided every day we were there at the allocated times. The room (we stayed in the one on the ground floor) was clean and had very good AC, the shower and toilet located in the room were also clean - I shall also add that the room was beautiful and spacious. Overall great hospitality and facilities which helped us to enjoy our week stay.

- • The only thing I may add is that the Wifi was weak at points however when exploring the city for most of the day (as you should!) that hardly impacted our stay.
The location is close to the center (about a good 10 minutes on foot). The neighborhood is safe. Good breakfast. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The air conditioning in the room works well. The Wi-Fi speed was good. Nice space on the terrace with a beautiful view.

- • Maybe missing a shelf for storage.
The managers were very accommodating and helpful. They are probably the only ones who did not try to scam us during the stay, it feels good to relax at home.

- • These awful rich people from Mamounia who decided to have a wedding with the worst possible DJ on a teknival sound system until 3 in the morning on the last day. Of course, the Riad is not to blame :)
The Riad is very pleasant. We had the room on the terrace, it was very nice. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Samir is a very welcoming host who will advise you in your discovery of Marrakech. Communication via WhatsApp is very smooth (to book meals, breakfasts, etc). The location near the Mamounia garden is very pleasant, it's quiet. Thank you Samir!

Very nice host and accommodating staff, we felt comfortable. Since we were only there for one night and had to leave early in the morning for the airport, I cannot comment on the breakfast. The rooms were very small but nicely decorated.
