Very big disappointment, to be avoided
We appreciated the secure parking and the kindness of the manager especially for the advice given for visits to do in the surroundings. Without these two points, we would have given a score of 0/10.

- • We are extremely disappointed to have stayed in this Riad that we had booked by reading the positive comments left by other vacationers. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was by far the worst of our entire stay in Morocco. First of all, upon our arrival, the receptionist asked us for a tourist tax of 200 MAD (18.63€), an amount that I gave her without checking if it was the correct amount. In reality, after checking my reservation, the tax amounted to only 12€. We obviously claimed the difference without her giving any reason for this mistake. Then, the room was not ready upon our arrival (3:30 pm), even though we arrived after the indicated time (2 pm). So we waited for thirty minutes, without a welcome tea or warm welcome as done in other Riads where we came from. If cleanliness was present, we wouldn't have said anything, but as the photos show, cleanliness was not up to standard (bloodstain on the floor, hair left on a wet floor, floor not cleaned next to the bathroom furniture...). Furthermore, in terms of equipment, a safe would have been appreciated. Then, ants and cockroaches made their appearance. This is unacceptable. A commercial gesture was granted to us but we expected nothing less. Finally, the soundproofing is non-existent. Between the door slamming and the vomiting of a man during an entire night where we heard everything, it was catastrophic. The view overlooking a field full of waste did not help. In conclusion, we absolutely do not recommend it.

Just outside the city, lovely, you could also go towards the Bounaan mountain where there were also various eateries and cafes

- • Dated despite a beautiful common room where no one goes. We did not feel comfortable. We have to take the car or a taxi to go to Tetouan
