The hotel is generally pleasant and the manager can be interesting when sharing his knowledge about life in Morocco. Thanks to the women preparing breakfast and cleaning the rooms... very welcoming.

- • However, the welcome from the manager, Mohammed, clearly leaves something to be desired in certain unexpected situations. When my friend came to stay for a few days unexpectedly, he was not very friendly and particularly rigid, immediately demanding payment for an additional room without trying to understand or show flexibility. This lack of friendliness and service orientation is disappointing and contrasts sharply with the initial image. A more professional and understanding attitude would be expected in this type of establishment!

- • Squalid room. Neon light, no bedside lamp. Extremely uncomfortable bedding + sheets. Dirty shower. Leak in the bathroom. Noisy. Faulty lock. Bad breakfast
