Overall it was a nice stay, but unfortunately I cannot say it convinced us to return.
We liked the spacious room with vintage furniture, hand-painted. The child was delighted with their own bathroom and room.

- • I didn't like the fact that when there are few accommodations, there is no staff to take care of those present. We had to wait for personnel to come from Conacul Ambient to enjoy a coffee at the bar. The explanation was that they needed extra staff from there because there were more tourists staying, even though we ourselves paid for some services. The restaurant is only open at Conac, and it is also specified that if there are not enough accommodations, meals can be served there. It's not a problem if you don't have young children and it's not raining. We caught the rain and had young children, and on the terrace of the restaurant at Conac, the rain was quite bothersome. The food, on the other hand, was good, and the young lady who served us, a sweetheart (I didn't remember her name, but she's brunette, very pretty, and had her hair tied in a bun at the base).

- • The shower head sprayed water in all directions. The dumpsters in front of the resort, being summer, also smelled after overflowing. The carpet in the room was not vacuumed.
Everything was excellent. And we liked that they let us check out on Sunday at 14:00 and we could enjoy a day at the pool

- • I left there with a lot of insect bites all over my body. The original pool and spa were not operational
