It was a pleasant and relaxing stay for us.
The rooms and pools were very clean, the outdoor area and the courtyard with some parking spaces were well maintained. The second separate toilet in the upper sleeping area was very convenient. Breakfast was sufficient, there was always fresh fruit and various delicious homemade dips.

- • We missed honey and homemade yogurt for breakfast, two different types of rolls for the two different types of bread would have been perfect. It was very warm in the upper sleeping area, there was no air conditioning, only a fan. The air conditioning in the lower area was unfortunately not helpful for cooling the upper area.
A very mediocre 'ok' - absolutely nothing special for a 'resort'. There are much better and cosier places for that amount.
Pool okay but constant noisy water games, always noisy bubbles. Rooms so far okay.

- • Cold 'welcome' feeling like a number, staff just work there because they have to, cold atmosphere, not even a bottle of water in the room for a few cents if you pay 130 €/night. No one there for feedback or questions, just WhatsApp and the reaction takes ages. Just not cozy, you are a number, no guest atmosphere feeling.
The resort is very beautiful, with exceptional wellness facilities and well-appointed spaces. Everything is elegant and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. For those who appreciate a resort with many amenities and activities, it is certainly a good choice.

- • Unfortunately, for a 5-star wellness resort, we would have expected more peace and relaxation. There were a lot of children, and noise was present everywhere, in the courtyard and especially at the indoor pool, where the acoustics are very poor and the screams were considerably amplified. If you come for a quiet and restful wellness experience, this aspect can be quite disturbing.

- • Did not meet expectations - superior single room without air conditioning, without light and with a table lamp that did not fit due to its enormous size - outdated decoration - the photos in the ad do not correspond to reality: - very basic buffet breakfast - small pool with turbid/dirty water. - very expensive for what they offer. In fact, we left the hotel one night earlier than planned because we were not comfortable. They did not want to refund the night we did not use. The staff had little experience and professionalism, and they could barely speak English. - no reception, contact with the hotel must be made by phone. I do not recommend this hotel
